Founder- John Ochinero

John Ochinero combines leadership in business and education. With advanced degrees in Behavioral Psychology and Organizational Development, K–12 and ESL credentials, and executive experience at Seiko Instruments and Nixdorf Computer, he later founded high-growth 8-to 10-figure companies. A K–5 educator and published children’s book author, including Star House, The Mighty Simbas, and Dare Angel, his book The PILLARZ Method on neuroinclusive education is forthcoming in Q3 of 2026.
